First of all I will briefly talk about it's characteristics and give some self-opinion about it. The Black Monster has 43mm case of 316L stainless steel, inside of it featuring the Seiko made 7S26 21 jewel mechanical movement. It isn't the best one, but accurate enough. Daily it deregulates +/- 15 seconds. To avoid each day resetting the time, day or date, you should wear it daily or just put on programmable watchwinder. This is because the Seiko 7S26 21 jewel mechanical movement isn't manually windable.
Seiko Men's SKX779 watch has 200 meters(660 feet) water resistant, thanks for screwdown crown and screw-in back. Some even says that this watch builds like a tank. Exactly the same felling you should get as soon as you take it to the hands. Seiko in this model added mineral glass crystal, which is scratch resistant. Even without magnification window day/date at 3 o'clock is visible pretty well.
Going to the inside of the watch the day/date wheels are made of a self lubricating plastic, so you won't have to worry about trouble at least decade. By the way, all of Monster series watches have torchlight lume, which let it stand out from the crowd of others. The watch safety is also guaranteed by the triple safety clasp stainless steel pinned link bracelet, it also features a wetsuit deployment clasp in advance (see in photo).
For short brief, Seiko Black Monster is attention worth purchase, which I sincerely recommend to every watch lover.
